CYS Forms- Please complete a CYS form and e-mail, fax, or return it by hand to Mr. Sam. Please get these forms into me as soon as possible.

360’s- Parents, many of you did not complete your 360’s. Moreover, several scholars did not complete their self evaluation. These forms were given to scholars to bring home as well as e-mailed to everyone to complete electronically. This information is critical in looking at the skills you and the scholars see as areas of strength and development. Each scholar has six people who are eligible to complete an evaluation of their progress over the summer. As you continue to be a part of the Higher Achievement program, you will find tremendous value in getting this information. Moving Forward, please assist me in getting this information from you and your scholars.If you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me upon my return.

Ward 6 Chat and Chew- In preparing for the upcoming fall academy, I’ll be hosting a parent chat and chew to talk about how we can facilitate academic success for our scholars inside and outside of Higher Achievement this year. We’ll talk about expectations of scholars around homework, and tools you can use to empower yourselves and scholars. It is imperative that we all collaborate as a community so that all scholars have the best opportunity to be successful. Date, time, and location are still TBD, but more information is forthcoming.
