Attendance: Center will begin on Monday September 27th. Please remember to communicate any challenges around attendance; phone calls and or e-mails are expected and appreciated.
Meet Your Mentor Nights: You are encouraged to come to gathering time any night of Center to share in our shout-outs and meet the mentors; however, we are having a “Meet your Mentor” week from October 18th-22nd . Please be sure to make time to come in to Center during gathering time of this week to introduce yourself to your scholars’ mentors each night during this week. It is important parents and mentors feel comfortable communicating with each other; this is a great opportunity to begin establishing those relationships.
Data Reminder: Please be sure to send progress reports and/or report cards to Center as you receive them. Additionally, please be sure to turn in your test scores. Thank you in advance for getting this to me as it is invaluable in supporting our scholars.
