Shout Out to Alana S. who won a great honor over the weekend. She was awarded "Cheerleader of the Year" for the Cougars Competitive Cheer Team! She was selected from approx 100 girls by the coaching staff. "I am so very proud of her and all of her hard work," says Her Mom, Ms. Shephard.
