(Spirit) To Ms. Starghill, Cephus, and Ms. Kenneybrew for giving up a Saturday to attend the 21st Century conference on behalf on Higher Achievement. We really appreciate all of your support.

(Academic Excellence & Collaboration) To Ms. Branch and Ms. TC for your outstanding efforts to provide Center staff with the necessary data to adequately support your scholars.  Thank you for your open communication.

                                                                 School Spotlight(s)

(Collaboration) I would like to give a special shout-out to our host site leader Ms. Deal for collaboration... Ms. Deal attended our Kick-off, and welcomed our participation at Center City's Kick-off as well.  In her 1st year as Principal, Ms. Deal has worked very hard to integrate our work, and strenghten both of our cultures through consolidating our work. Thank You Ms. Deal.

A final collaboration Shout-out goes out to Ms. Franklin, the Assistant Principal at Stuart Hobson.  Ms. Franklin took time out of her busy schedule to provide me with test scores of all of the Stuart Hobson scholars this past week.  Additionally, she walked me through each of their reports, and outlined the plans for advancing each scholar; this kind of support is very reare, and much appreciated. 

Families, you should know that your school leaders are working hard onyour behalf, and in some cases going above and beyone.  Please join me in thanking them for their work.
