Early Pick-up's

Many scholars are starting to be picked-up early from Center.  In a lot of cases, scholars are being pulled from mentor groups, or the end of the night clean-up. Please be respectful of the Center 7:30 dismissal time.  If scholars need to be dismissed early, please communicate that to Center staff/Mr. Sam in a timely fashion, preferably with 24 hrs  notice.   While I am very understanding of the challenges that arise, please also know that mentors put a lot of time and effort into planning to work with scholars, and this type of dismissal is not very respectful of their time.  If you have any concerns or comments feel free to touch base with me in reference to this issue.
