8th Grade Trip

Our 8th graders have demonstrated an amazing amount of leadership and spirit to begin the summer. They are organizing a basketball fund raiser, creating a new Ward 6 Chant, and have all committed to one day a week of SSAT prep. As an incentive, I have agreed to help them organize an 8th grade Ward 6 trip at the end of the Summer. As the summer progresses, I hope to have 2-3 options to choose from by July 15th. Please engage your 8th graders in conversations and feel free to offer suggestions to me as well. Lastly, as an important planning note, whatever the trip is, we will all likely have to pay whatever the fundraiser does not cover, so consider this in your planning.
