Parents, please be diligent and responsible in completing your close-out responsibilities. Scholars did an amazing job completing their online 360’s and Center Checklists prior to attending the college trip. Please do your part and complete your close-out responsibilities as well.
Parent 360’s: These evaluations are a critical part of Higher Achievement and allow us to assess the impact we are having on scholars. Please complete your scholars’ online 360 as soon as possible. If you are in need of further assistance, refer to the 360 instructions on the sidebar under “Center documents.” A hard copy of instructions can also be found on the sign-in table at Center.
CYS Forms: Each Academy, families are required to complete a “Confirm Your Spot” form to secure a spot for your scholar in Higher Achievement. Please complete your Confirm Your Spot form for the upcoming After-School Academy. This form can be completed online by signing into your scholar’s account on our website. If you are in need of further assistance, refer to the CYS instructions on the sidebar under “Center documents.”
8th grade Families- If you have not already, please schedule your High School Placement meeting with Ms. Christie. High School Placement is central to our mission and an integral part of the 8th grade experience. Please make sure that this appointment is set-up by Friday, August 13th.
